There is a fully guided TOUR available at the bottom of the home page, and we
strongly recommend that you go through this to familiarise yourself with the
layout, structure and features of this Resource Toolkit. Go to the Training
Room to access the forms, policies and procedures that
are to be used as part of our regular administration CALAM Training. This Trainer’s
Resource Toolkit has a double purpose. It contains all the tools and
information a trainer CALAM Training needs to do the job, while meeting the
relevant compliance requirements. The Toolkit also supports delivery of the
new Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) qualification
utilising a simulated fictional Registered Training Organisation called Optimal
Learning Solutions (OLS). This offers our trainers the
value-added experience of being able to gain the basic training and
assessment qualification (TAA40104) while providing training to our NQCM
students. The Toolbox that is imbedded in this Kit covers all core units and
one elective within the TAA qualification, with a range of resources, tools
and engaging
learning design features to support the competencies.
